Our logo is a tribute to who we were born to be: fully capable, pain-free, and powerful. It represents the Homo sapiens of a time before sedentary life, before pills, pains, and postural dysfunctions took over. The figure stands between primal instinct and modern decline, symbolizing a phase of evolution where movement was not optional it was survival. It reminds us of our natural blueprint: strong, agile, and adaptable. It challenges us to reclaim that legacy. This is more than a logo. It’s a call to return to what we were born to be.

We believe in a progress-oriented approach vs goal oriented approach. In simple words, make the student enjoy the process by putting in the work by giving yours and their 100% in every session, and enjoy every workout and it will eventually lead them to the big goal. Rather than being obsessed with when will I reach my goal which is not optimal. They’ll only be frustrated and sad as some goals will take longer to reach.
